Building Energy Rating
If you wish to sell or let a house or apartment you need a BER certificate.
This requires a house survey which takes 1-2 hours depending on the size of the house. The data collected is then used to generate the BER and register the certificate on the SEAI website.
Our staff are thorough and efficient so we are able to offer a quick turnaround: you will receive the BER Cert within 2 working days.
Prices start at €100 for one-bedroom apartments to €225 for large detached houses. This includes the registration fee and VAT.
